NOTE: The Chapter is responsible to the providers for services and goods based on participant counts. Therefore, the Chapter will refund 100% of Reunion Registration fees paid provided notice is received at least 30 days prior to the reunion. Between 15 and 29 days the Chapter will refund 50%. If notice is received in 14 days or less, no refund will be made except in those cases where injury/illness or “Acts of God” prohibited attendance.
